P85D -- remove front bumper steps?

Hello everyone,
Can anyone point to a thread or video that shows how to remove the front bumper? Can this be a one-person job?
I had a laser detector system installed (ALP), and one of the three sensors front are bad, and I don't want to go back to the shop that installed it (it's not their fault) -- they'll charge me to remove the bumper and remove the sensor, so I'd like to try it myself in my garage first.

Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install)

its really easy and only takes a few minutes to remove, if you pull off the nose cone and disconnect the sensors first its a little easier since there is more moving room

Cool, thanks! The nosecone just pops off, I've done that dozens of times.
