Anyone know why Tesla limits the P85D to 130mph when their website states 155mph?

It is a legacy setting. I asked the SC about it and they confirmed that it was set at 130 mph. It was simple request to ask them to bump it up to the current maximum of 155 mph. That being said, I have not tested it, nor do I have any plans to.
