It can't be for life, he has friends working at the FBI and GoDaddy.

GoDaddy actually offered him the company for the P90DL but Daddy didn't want it, even though he did admit he liked the name of the company.

Daddy wasn't banned by TMC, he banned TMC. He was doing his typical Tuesday night, "dropping $50k at da' club with dem' hoes". Then he realized, he knows more than everyone on TMC and doesn't need it, so he banned TMC.
