Paid for air suspension but it wasn't installed

Did anyone else get an MS or MX after smart air suspension was made standard, but on delivery to find out it was coil suspension? And ofcourse still pay full price?k

Model X only comes with air suspension. They never produced any with coils.

Are you sure your car has coils? They haven't made any coil Model S for a while now.

Yeah I bought my MS about 8 months ago, definitely has coils.
My lawyer says I have a good case, but I didn't want to go that route, but tesla has been stringing me along forever now.
I was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat

Ah ok. Did you pay extra for air suspension or were you one of those that were caught in production when they made air suspension standard. I would have refused delivery and asked them to build me a new one. Hopefully Tesla will buy it back and/or build you a new one.
