Hello everyone,

We are proud to be sponsors of Tesla Motors Club. We are constantly bombarded with stories of Tesla vehicles being wrapped and protected with our paint protection film. So much so that we are looking forward to sponsoring TMC Connect this year and to be long term sponsors of this forum.

A Little About Us
XPEL Technologies Corp. is a San Antonio, Texas based company that specializes in paint protection film and the Design Access Program, our film pattern database. Founded in 1997, we started as a software company creating patterns for paint protection film. Through the years we started getting into manufacturing our own film and in 2011 we released XPEL ULTIMATE. ULTIMATE is the film that has revolutionized the "clear bra" industry and set new standards.

Protecting Your Tesla and any other vehicle
While we are a huge hit in the Tesla community, we do have over 87,000+ patterns in our database and are capable of protecting any make and model. XPEL ULTIMATE is backed by a 10-Year Warranty, is stain resistant (non-yellowing), self-healing, and extremely easy to maintain.

As mentioned, we are based in South Texas but have locations all over the entire world. Two of our most successful in the Tesla world are located in the NorthWest - Seattle, Washington area. Metropolitan Detail and NorthWest Auto Salon.

There are many options when it comes to protecting your Tesla and we hope that you choose XPEL Paint Protection Film Clear Bras. With us there are two options.

XPEL ULTIMATE: CLEAR protection.
Metropolitan Detail has wrapped 43 entire Tesla Model S' last year alone. <--- You can see their install thread in the link

Most customers will protect the high impact areas of the vehicle. This includes the entire front end (including headlights), mirrors, and in most cases the rocker panels, door edges, and luggage area.

Be sure to ask for wrapped edges when possible as this will make the installer visually cleaner, and easier to maintain.

XPEL STEALTH:MATTE finish film
NorthWest Auto Salon did a STEALTH matte finish wrap on this Tesla Model S. Changing the factory gloss finish to a matte/satin finish. With this route you get the color change you want with the protection you need.

The results are stunning. XPEL STEALTH is also backed by a 10-year warranty, and is self-healing.

Tesla and XPEL Clear Bra

With the new P85D out now, we thought we would update the thread.

NorthWest Auto Salon is at it again, this time protecting a P85D.

First Look: Tesla Model S P85D receives XPEL Ultimate PPF

and for a more in depth look on the STEALTH wrapped Model S, watch the install video below.

Both ULTIMATE and STEALTH are backed by a 10 Year Warranty, are non-yellowing, and self-healing. To locate an installer nearest you visit our locator at the link below.

Looked at your location, since costs vary widely based on area, but no idea what going rates are for Jupiter. In SoCal though, around 5K for a full wrap with edges wrapped, etc. maybe a bit more from some places, definitely some charging somewhat less. There's a ballpark. You can search old threads here to see others. I know other areas are less.

What is ballpark estimate for full body wrap on P85D?

These prices can vary depending on your area, best bet is to shop around and ask a few shops if you'd like to do so.

Which you can find a list of local installers near you at XPEL LOCATOR

For a partial front end. This includes 18-24” up the hood and fenders, front bumper, mirrors and sometimes headlights. This ranges from $795 - $1,000.

For a full front it can range between from $1,795 - $2,100. This includes the entire hood and front fenders, front bumper, mirrors and sometimes headlights.

For the full car it can range between from $5,000 - $8,000. This includes every painted surface on the car possible.

Funny because someone just wrapped their Model X for 4k in Oregon.

If it was Xpel ultimate, sounds like a road trip to me. I believe Xpel may be setting minimum prices around here, similar to mattress places. $5,750 full wrap is listed on Xpel installer linkable site. Of the 7 places that do Xpel they either matched it, or slightly higher. Solarguard is cheaper, around 4.5k - 5k.
