Painted Aero's?

I just got my aero covers painted silver. I found a local auto body with a paint booth through a friend, and I'm very happy with their work.

The owner asked me to choose which shade of silver from a shelf full of silver paint cans. I ended up going with his recommendation, which he called "Mercedes" silver.

How much did it cost you to get that silver wheel?

I got special buddy pricing, (a box of donuts!,) but without that, I was expecting about $250 for the set of 4 aero covers.

I plasti dipped mine silver in April and so far they have held up great through car washes and all. May be different depending on the weather where you live

I like to see owners expressing their individuality with their cars. Some may liked what you do and some may not. The only thing that is important is whether you like it. Often times I will say to myself, it's not what I would do but I like it on your car. I say, GO FOR IT!
