Painted my MYLR calipers and threw on Uberturbines.

Picked it up last night and got to work. I painted the front and also the rear caliper + rear cover from Tsportline. Its VHT Burnt Copper engine enamel with Spraymax 2k on top…it really pops with the blue. Also put on the stock MYP CF spoiler. Got more to do today!

@SteveFromNY , did you ever get around to attempt swapping the CF dash trim?
I actually haven't yet. Also I've been in contact with the vendor, and apparently the delay for the 2023 dashes were directly due to the delay from Tesla supply chain. They are sending me one of their first ones when they get the dash from Tesla and complete it. I will actually take the chance and hope the CF is good with the new one, and I'll just sell this one here most likely for all the MY owners pre2023.

Nice work! Did you paint the front and rear? Or use a cover for the rear? Also what spoiler do you have on?
I painted the front calipers, then rear calipers before I put on the painted rear covers. I know it’s overkill but I’m ocd with these small details and it would kill ne knowing that it’s not painted behind the covers.

It’s an OEM tesla spoiler. I have an obsession with always buying oem only exterior parts whenever I can.

I’m still not sure when my new CF dash replacement will arrive and since I already had the CF door trim installed, I decided to wrap the ugly wood dash piece.

I took my time and on the second try and lots of swearing, I was able to get it done.

It’s obviously not real CF and I know its not perfect, but its better then having mismatched pieces and the “wood” really is ugly! Next to the real CF door trim, if you squint hard enough, you can barely tell the difference!

Have you heard back from them about the gen 3 dash? I’ve been looking for a replacement but haven’t found any of the updated pieces yet.

Here are the threads for the carbon fiber parts upgrade.

Available in forged carbon?

These are simply covers that goes on top of the oem dash correct? What the OP posted is an actual dash replacement with CF in place of the wood
Yes, they are overlays that seamlessly cover the OEM dash with 3M tape. and they are not much different from the dash replacement, but you need to take out the wood replacement first.
