Pairing with iPhone Xr and Xs Problem?

We recently switched our phones to a iPhone Xr and Xs instead of a 6 plus and Google Pixel 2. We have since unable to get our 2014 Model S to pair with either phone. Model S sees the phone and the phone sees Model S but Pairing has been unsuccessful. Anyone had the similar issue?

I sometimes have this issue with my Xs in my 2016 X......I have read there is a bug that is being worked on.

Also, when my phone is plugged in to the USB cable I cannot hear outgoing calls when I make them. I have to unplug it to hear calls.

No issues with my 2014 S or 2016 X. iPhone X, Xr, and Xs Max. Try rebooting first?

Delete the phone in the car, delete the car in the phone, reboot both ... it will likely work just fine.
