Panasonic President Mr. Tsuga revealed in an interview with Mainichi newspaper, that Panasonic intends to manufacture automotive cylindrical cells in Suzhou and Wuxi, where 18650 for laptops are manufactured. This seems to be supplied to Chinese EV manufacturers.

Not sure which manufacturer. Does any Chinese manufacturer use 18650?
