Why does TMC require you to create a Panjo account to place a listing in the Tesla for sale forum?

I created the Panjo account, but it was not clear when doing that Panjo levies a fee if the car sells through Panjo.

I may be wrong but I don't think that Panjo gets a fee for a car sale. And if so it s a low fee.

There is no fee, I sold acharger and they took nothing. Great service.
