Pano roof creaking

Has anyone had their pano roof creaking fixed at the local service center? I'm asking since it seems to be a known issue and am wondering if the Seattle service center has experience fixing it.

Has anyone had their pano roof creaking fixed at the local service center? I'm asking since it seems to be a known issue and am wondering if the Seattle service center has experience fixing it.

Had it fixed at the Scottsdale service center and haven't noticed any creaking sound for about a week now. This is what they put on the invoice:

Customer Concern: Rattle noise coming from panoramic roof when driving.
Cause: Panoramic roof shims require installation.
Correction: Panoramic Roof Creak Adjustments
Installed roof shims and torqued all roof frame bolts to spec. ​
