Panoramic roof access from app

Was at the service center getting my seats replaced and got the latest update yesterday. After installing the latest update I no longer have access to the panoramic roof via the mobile app.

This happen to anyone else?

The app on my iPhone still works with update 2017.44 02fdc86.

Perhaps the SC miss-configured your options when they replaced your seats. They may be able to fix this over the air without you having to make a return visit.

I agree. In the past, the keyfob could lock the car and raise all windows. No longer. I suspect a small dog may have been choked or even decapitated or ???

It doesn't make a lot of sense to be able to lock the car from a phone or keyfob when a window is open.

The windows do shut down for obstructions, but still...

It would also be nice if the windows and roof closed when the rain sensor (what rain sensor?) detected rain. If I'm not mistaken, the 1960 Cadillac convertible had this feature...and it would raise the top.

Thats the version I have. I contacted support and they've relayed a message to the service center for them to look into it.

The app store description still says you should able to control the panoramic roof...
