so my lift gate was messed up since initial delivery, it's hit a few things, sc tried to buff it out but said that's the best they can do... who would I talk to to escalate?

I'm not sure I'm understanding this correctly - it sounds like you hit a few things after taking delivery, Tesla tried to buff out the damage, and you're not happy that they couldn't completely repair so you want to escalate?

If that's right, how is this Tesla's fault? Sounds like you need either a professional detailer or a body shop.

The trunk stop would not set, so it would open stop and then open all the way
