Are you seeing any glazing or hot spots with these so far?
No, not at all. A Youtuber did a review on my car blasting through Angel Crest Highway, no issues. I did an autocross as well, not even a sweat from these rotors. If you get the pads above MOT, you may get glazing and/or hot spots. Since these run cooler than factory rotors, the chances of that happening should be lower. However, aggressive street and track driving can still get them toasty. Match the pads to the type of driving you do, you should be good to go.
