Park Assist Unavailable

X owners have hijacked the M3 thread and have been discussing it since May 2021. There are many frustrated X owners who have experienced this issue. Tesla knows about it and their only comment is that it will get fixed in a future release. Feel free to follow along on the thread here:

A short drive around the neighborhood and all seems to be good. The sister symptoms of Homelink acting weird, and door controls not responding were also gone. But this bug is a menace and has a way of creeping back - so we shall see. But for now… maybe there’s hope?

Also have it. On a 2020 LR+ made in 9 2020. Only seems to effect 2020 models so could be a sensor change? Didn't have until a software update this last summer, so Tesla induced it. Pain, does it every 5 minutes for a while then goes away for awhile.

One of those advantages of Tesla's Over The Air Updates? Wasn't there, now it is and seems to have come with an update. Seems they inducted it in firmware, now they have to care enough to fix it. To those that say it's hard because they have to be riding in the car when it happens, can't they just log all the pertinent sensor data when happens and going 55 mph (that's when it likes to occur because we know every one is trying to park on the road at 55. True, but end sarcasm 😂). Then send logged data back over wifi. Maybe I need to open a service ticket and sugess that as a way to troubleshoot.

This screenshot speaks for itself, completely broken software development, new versions every 2-3 days?

Only seems to affect 2020 models
We have a 2019 Raven Performance Model X with the Park Assist Unavailable error since firmware version 2021.24 😢.

Just updated to 2021.32.22 this morning, so will see.
We received 2021.32.22 two days ago, and we still have the Park Assist Unavailable error.

But now it's even worse, as this firmware version introduced a new error we didn't have before... we are now getting flooded with "Touchscreen unresponsive" errors .

The MCU is not actually unresponsive, as every touch input is perfectly registered, but it seems that the screen freezes for a nano-second every few minutes, and we get an avalanche of errors 😒:

You may need your gateway SD reformatted remotely by Tesla. Contacting service should be enough to get it done. Whatever the bug was, it would corrupt the gateway over time which seemed to cause at least the home link and door control issues. I had mine reformatted the day before the 2021.32.21 update, and so far everything is good.
