Parking brake failure

Just had my first issue other than to be expected delivery issues. Tried to start the car and got parking brake error. After trying soft and hard restarts and talking with Tesla it is getting towed to service center. Has anyone else had this issue?

What did Tesla SC say? How was the service? Did the tow take a long time? Did you get a loaner?

They had me do several soft and hard restarts of the computer and shifting the car into and out of D, R and P - obviously nothing worked. They let me leave the car as it took a few hours for the tow truck to get the car. It is supposed to be at the SC today....no loaner.

Brand new MX 100D...
Same emergency brake issue, can't release e-brake..but tesla was amazing...willing to pick me up at dinner, with loaner car(within 30 min of being notified of issue). Said I will have car back in 24-48 hrs, delivered to my house...
