Part that I found in truck

I found the object shown in the attached photos in my model Y trunk (stuck to the closing latch). I cannot figure out if it came from the car or not. (I've had the car only a few days and very few things in the trunk.) Anyone recognizes what this could be? Thanks!!!

It could be some type of assembly/alignment jig that the line worker or tech at the service center left there by mistake. it doesn't look like a car part.

Thanks for the quick reply. Let's see if anyone else has another idea. I agree it doesn't look like a part. Good suggestion about alignment tool!
