Passenger Phone Key Sets Driving Position

My wife and I both use phone keys in our refreshed MSLR but she is often the first one to the car after leaving a restaurant or store. Because of this, when she taps the passenger handle to get in (the handles never auto open with our phones for some reason) it then sets the driver profile to her setting requiring me to wedge myself into a compacted seat to change the profile.

Is there a way that I can tell the car to use my driver profile from the phone without having to get into the car (after she's already in)?

Do you use Easy Entry? If not you probably should as then the seat will stay in the Easy Entry profile until you sit, buckle, and tap the break. Then it will switch to the current driver profile. Combine this with setting your phone as the priority and I think you should be ok.
