passenger seat doesnt recline as much

So is it just my car but the driver seat can recline all the way, almost touching the rear seats..
However, the passenger side doesn't recline as far. Is this a safety feature or do I need to make a service appointment?

Can someone take a photo or verify their passenger seat and how far it reclines?? Is it supposed to be almost touching the rear seats? Thanks

Got it!! The booty part wasn’t at its lowest setting!! FYI for anyone else
