Passenger side AC vents blocked

Hey all, can someone check to see if you see the same thing on your MY? I noticed minimal air was coming from the PS compared to DS and on the PS there this plastic piece that is blocking most of the middle of the vents. It’s not movable. On the DS, all the vents are showing where on PS, only the very side shows

Lol, what’s weird is this plastic seems to be one piece (molded).

That’s why I’m asking if someone else can take a look at theirs and check
