Passenger windows won't go down.

Weird phenomenon after owning my Model Y for a few months. On a handful of occasions, my passenger side windows will not work. This affects the lowering for the frameless window when opening the door. Also won't roll down with "vent" function from the app. They won't even respond to the driver or passenger door buttons. I have to perform a hard reboot to restore function. I have not yet created a service call because the problem is intermittent and don't know they will diagnose the issue when they are working.

My question is, has anyone on this forum experienced a similar issue?

Not sure if anyone responded but, if the window doesn't come down slightly when you open the door, and then close the door you could damage the trim or break the glass.

Which is also why you don't use the manual release for the door.

We have a condition that because they switched to dual pane windows in the front ours sometimes does not go up or down all the way.. It seems to be tighter in the frame since it's thicker than the single pane.

My Y shipped w/ dual pane windows so tolerances should be fine. Thanks for the tip about breaking the window when opening / closing the door. I was aware of that and have been "gently" opening the passenger doors until I notice the window lower.
