Paying for my Tesla

Hi folks! My Tesla arrives in a week, for which I am thankful on this US Thanksgiving day.

I owe them money, but I'm stuck - the Tesla app has an "Add Payment" option which does nothing, and my Tesla account page has a "Payment Method" screen that does not permit me to add a payment method. My existing credit card is listed as a payment method, and can't be used to pay for the car. I have no idea how to proceed. It looks like they made changes - some other threads talk about a "Manage Payment Methods" that I can't find. Any clues welcome.
