Payment Method Issue [resolved]

Hey all,

I ordered my Model 3 on 10th Jan (Australia) and have been sorting the finance.

Have got approval on the finance now but for some reason I only see the following message (been like that for about 4 days now):

We are experiencing technical issues loading your payment details. Please try again later.

Any ideas what the issue is, SA said it was a system outage but I am not sure anyone else is seeing the same?

I have been having the same issue for the past 2 weeks, still getting the error message…

Maybe follow up with your SA. What I think it might be is when the finance is in the latter stages and it gets stuck in the view until its fully complete. Could just be coincidence though!

I've had the same thing since my order was placed (22/01/22)
Support haven't gotten back to me, been a few weeks.
