    Right now I'm listening the the Lehrer News Hour which is simulcast on the radio on KQED. They're doing a story on Electric Cars and spending a lot of time talking about Tesla and interviewing Elon. (Sadly it sounded like they made that founder mistake again.) They are also talking with Rick Wagoner about the Volt.

    Reading over the transcript of the Musk interview, there's actually a lot more info there than in the associated video. Some parts could be read to be relevant to that "small deal" with Daimler and possibly the Fisker lawsuit.
