PCP deposit payment

Hi all,

Do you have to pay the £100 non refundable deposit before you can complete the PCP application?

Can't see anywhere on their website to see if you will be accepted before ordering.

Yeah you do. Once you pay the £100 it starts the process and the method of payment is contained in there.

With UK consumer rights you are not down anything, under the distance selling regulations you're entitled to the £100 back and many people have done so

Incorrect – if they decline your application, you'll receive the £100 back. It's only if you pull out of the order, you don't get it back. They can't charge you the order fee if they can't provide you with finance.

I am CORRECT, any purchase online comes under the Consumer Contracts Regulations which has a 14 day cooling off period, I couldn't care less what tesla support say as they've tried to pull the wool over a few buyers and then refunded the fee after the regulations were quoted.
