What is happening Saturday? I thought the main show was Sunday only.

 

[MDR]

Yes, the Concours is Sunday only, but there are other related events and exhibits happening in the area Wed 15-Sun 19. The Roadster will be on display at Peter Hay Hill, and it seems that Tesla are having some sort of member gathering on Saturday afternoon. The “gathering” is by invitation only.

It’s another opportunity to get up close and personal with the Roadster and the Tesla gang. I’m hoping they bring one of the VP’s, which I haven’t seen in person yet.

I heard a rumor that the new silver VP10 will be there...

They will show VP 9 (Electric Blue) and VP 10 (Sterling Silver), according to an editor's comment on the Tesla blog. I hope it won't be long before the car magazines get to start test-driving these cars and reporting on them.
