I found a charger at 98th and Keystone in Indianapolis at Keystone Office Park. It is not listed in any charging directories and doesn't indicate who installed it there (office parking lot). When I googled PEP, it looks like these are chargers anyone can buy and install. I don't have my S yet, so can't plug in and see if it works and how much $$. The display screen just says "plug in to begin"; there is a card reader; and a spec that indicates 30 amps. Anyone know anything about PEP or this specific charger?
