I have ultra white seats that are perforated and I was wondering if anyone that has the leather start peeling if it would be covered under warranty?

Those are the original perforated seats that were discontinued about a year after the MX was released. It looks like it's peeling because of friction from going in and out. I have the perforated (and cooled) seats that were briefly re-introduced on the P100D in mid 2018. They changed the design to prevent the issue you're experiencing by not perforating the side bolsters. 2 years and almost 50,000 KMs with no tears.

After 4 years they might just consider that normal wear and tear. There are DIY mender kits that might make it look better, or stop into an upholstery place to see if they can touch it up.
