Just noticed the performance boost is available for my LR AWD. $2000 gets your 0-60 improved to 4.3 sec.

It's on my app too. For 0.5sec improvement, no thanks.

It's actually a big difference. I've felt it on the AWD 3 before and after

I’ll cave and buy this. Compared to to my old 3 (LR DM), the Y felt sluggish. This boost should solve that problem.

Saying a SUV that does 0-60 in 4.8 seconds is sluggish is a discussion for a whole different thread. Tesla has ruined me.

I mentioned in the other thread, I jumped on this. My Discover card has a 5% cash back for purchases thru Paypal ... so $1900 for me.

Haha, but that's only up to 1500, so 1925 for you haha.

Hopefully that means the Y Performance model will get some love soon (Track Mode, a slight performance increase itself free like the 3P did).

Sluggish due to how heavy those OEM’s wheels are, I replaced my heavy wheels with light weight ones 19.6 Lbs and it doesn’t feel sluggish or heavy from the roll any more.

Also, how did you get to use paypal to pay? I don't see that option on the website or the app.

Discover does quarterly bonuses ... so Paypal is on the list till 9/30. So, I used Paypal Key for a virtual credit card and linked that to the Discover card then added it to my Tesla account.

Now imagine your light weight wheels PLUS the acceleration boost.

Do it. Do it. Do it

Don’t have the need for speed, give me range! The ride is already fast enough for me.

I picked it up and it showed up on the car when I got in it this morning.

Going to do some testing this weekend, for research...

For those that are going to get the boost, do a 0-60 speed test before you purchase it and then after.

I'm here with the popcorn waiting on 0-60. My Y feels sluggish compared to my old 3 AWD.

Get me down to 3.9 and then I’ll consider it.
