Reserved a 2013 P85 Mettalic Grey, Pano Roof, 19 inch wheels (I drive on avg at least 100 miles a day, plus Los Angeles freeways have been known to be unkind to rims) Obeche Wood Matte Decor, Tech Package, Smart Suspension, Ultra High Fidelity Sound, Rear Facing seats, Premium Interior Lighting, Black Performance Seats and Parcel Shelf. I have a tentative delivery date of first week of November. Although my Delivery specialist informed me that the car the car had already passed inspection and he was arranging for shipment from the New Jersey store. Fingeres crossed that I can get my model S on the west coast sooner rather then later!

p.s I have a colleague who was looking at a CPO at a P85 with the "Performance Legacy Package" my research has led me to believe that means that a car was/is an 85 and the owner used to be able to have the option to add the suspension to make it a P85? Am I way off on this? Any info would be awesome! Thanks!

The legacy package likely refers to the features that were bundled with the Performance package before Tesla changed everything to be a la carte. This includes items such as the performance leather seats and premium interior & lighting that were later switched to being extra cost options available on all models.

In addition to the items timf mentioned (performance seats, premium interior/lighting), my P85 (ordered in 2012) included 21" wheels, carbon fiber trim and air suspension. Those things could be the "performance legacy package", although I've never heard that term before. It would make sense to note it in some way as they were standard features, not paid options like later cars.
