Has anyone ever have this happen to their Model 3 Performance Spoiler? The service department declined replacing it under warranty and instead told me it was polished. I had a ceramic coat installed in 2018 when I bought the car but the spoiler was installed 8 months later once they started installing them for the Performance package. So it's a pretty early spoiler. Also, the car has only been hand washed by me and the paint around the spoiler is pristine. Should I push them on this or just file for arbitration?
