Performance Model 3 Tire change caused loud noise and slight steering wheel vibration at 60+ mph

Hello everyone! I recently purchased a Performance model 3 and had to purchase winter tires for the winter season. I had the new tires put on my wheels on Wednesday. As I drove away, I got onto the highway. Once I passed 60+ mph, a loud humming noise started and the steering wheel slightly shakes. It's really weird because it happens on and off mid drive. It will get louder and then less loud. It definitely seems to happen more when I start to slow down. I messaged the service team and they initially thought it was just because they are winter tires. I would agree but the sound is quite obnoxious and the steering wheel slightly shaking is concerning. I ended up just scheduling a new service appointment. Has anybody else experienced this?
