Tons of Tesla here in Desert Ridge/Scottsdale but havent seen more than 5 or so performance around. If you dont mind maybe keep me posted if you hear anything as i assume ill be right behind you.

Will do! I'm in Chandler, but commute all the way up to Happy Valley area and pass Desert Ridge/Scottsdale everyday. I've only seen a handful of Performance models too, but lucky for you I ordered white and not silver ;)

Just so some of you are aware. Last year when we took delivery of our DMLR in Q4 estimate were the same or slightly different. 6-10 weeks. However depending on color and option they can move that date around wildly. We actually got our from order to modding the order to deliver in 16 days. Now it can change but stay positive and it will come. I will say when you get there it will be super busy so try to learn as much as you can before hand. Make sure to have financing ready to go or cash ready. I made a post a while back mention huge points about taking delivery. Something to expect and something to not settle for. I hope everyone enjoys their holiday season and there nice new car. Share pics with you pick and delivery so we can all see!

Actually, I just got this from my Inbox

"As for the price change, if you want to keep your original order agreement, you would need to find an inventory vehicle that has the silver wheels. The price will be increased by $1000 with the grey wheels. I’ve added Shannon on this email to assist more with providing options if needed.

Thanks,"

That's odd, I'm looking at my delivery sheet and I have a retroactive discount of $1,000 applied with the grey wheels still.

I have spoken to SA in Vegas and was reassured that price will be honored. Nothing in writing of course.
If they aren’t honoring the agreement price, seems like a very sleazy thing to do, changing it after the fact for an option we did not pick. Don’t care if wheels are grey or silver, but it should not be on the customer to find something in the inventory.
It’s hard enough to deal with wait time that went up from estimated 2-3 weeks when placing an order to 8-10 weeks a week later. Not honoring the price is like adding insult to injury. May just be enough to push some people to cancel and buy something else.

Here is what my breakdown looks like. Order placed on 10/14 before price hike. Was adjusted two days ago.

I would've been okay with the price increase too - but in my area, I can get the silver wheels powder coated, in the color AND finish of my choice along with a CERAMIC coating for about $750! To me, Id get a better finish, paint protection and save $250...

Moot point now I guess! Thankfully.

Yup, I totally get it. I'd much rather take it to a shop than have it come from Tesla, but I just have a feeling that the P3D is just going to slightly climb a bit more. I just want my VIN now D:

Just got a call from my SA. I ordered a Pearl White/White Interior P3D on 10/14 without FSD and he's expecting it to be around the first week of December. He said there might be a possibility of it being earlier, but to expect it closer to early Dec.
As much as I wanna buy the SA story I can’t I ordered mine on 10/5 and I still don’t have any information I really Hope we get the cars before December

I'm with you. I ordered mine when it still said 2-3 weeks, but at the same time, seeing everyone's posts and reality, I won't expect it till Dec. Not to say I wouldn't take it earlier, but just don't want hate Tesla due to my own expectations lol.
