Performance Waiting Room

FINALLY! Just got an email from the delivery specialist in Las Vegas. My VIN has arrived 623945. Car is being shipped to Scottsdale AZ for pre-delivery checks and then shipped to me in Albuquerque. Ordered 10/4 White/Black Performance no FSD. Specialist wants a wire transfer instead of a check, so to the Credit Union I go. Can't believe it looks like it's finally going to happen. Very excited. This 71 year old is going to be very fast.

I ordered 11/22 in the showroom.
Don’t have a VIN in the source code, but received an email this morning setting up delivery for 12/16 in Nashville (Cool Springs) ,TN.

Delivery specialist gave me a VIN when I emailed her and asked.

White/White Performance with FSD

Based on this thread, I didn’t think I would get it this year. However, it appears that most who have ordered in November will get their cars this year.
Super excited!

I made the fatal (to my wallet) mistake of browsing the Tesla showroom while my Audi was getting some recall service last week and scheduled a test drive.

I inquired via Chat support on the Tesla website about the stealth performance just to see what they'd have to say. Someone called me within 10 minutes and was like "yep, I have 2 in Carlsbad, do you want one?" That was on 12/2 and I just got a text message that I can pick up on 12/14.

In between those two correspondences I've talked to 6 different people who all had conflicting information, so since I've barely waited any amount of time (compared to what I've read through these many pages...) I'll keep my fingers crossed but I'll see if this date sticks.
We love you, and welcome to TMC - Stealth thread is here :D :LR AWD Performance (Stealth TM3) Waiting Room

I have a theory as to why the Performance models are coming out slower. Based on what I am seeing from the Google Sheet (limited sample size), the crutch seems to be the 20in wheels. The models with 19in and 18in (sleeper) wheels are being delivered while the 20in wheel orders are not.

Since there was a recent cut over to the new 20in grey wheels they might be having problems procuring the wheels based on the unexpected increase in demand. They are probably within LT to ordering the parts due to the unexpected increase in demand and are expediting the material. The models are being built up based on when those wheels are coming in which is causing the slow down.

My two cents coming from a supply chain background.

Cause those don't have the performance upgrade. Those are the LR AWD Performance Models (Also known as stealth, sleeper or P3D-), see the link to the post above yours to see that forum traffic

Has anyone had any luck by-passing their SA and reaching Tesla support directly?

I’m trying to get a better idea on time tables,

UTAH order 10/24

thank you
I just called the store I'm supposed to be picking up from and selected 3 from the automated menu. I was connected to someone immediately and just told them I'm looking to get an update on my order so I can know if I need to renew my current lease for another month or not. He asked for my phone number, looked up my order, saw my VIN, and gave me a date he's expecting the car to be delivered to the store (in my case 12/22 estimate, but he said could be earlier).

Starting to get the feeling that the Utah area is going to be one of the last places to get M3P deliveries. They've already started moving to other states, seems like we just got skipped over. Oh well, we've already been waiting 8-9 weeks

Really? What about California orders still waiting to be fulfilled from Sept? I think you guys will be fine lol.

Granted, I'm mainly going off the (very) small pool of M3P orders completed that are on the Teslike order spreadsheet, but it seems that Utah always is one of the last states to receive cars by a couple weeks. Not that I'm too worked up, I've just decided to give up on the delivery estimate at this point, I'll just be excited whenever the car actually shows up.

I haven’t even refreshed yet to see if everyone is getting their vins but just got mine sometime in the last two hours!

MSM/Black FSD
Order: Oct 17
Vin: 12/9 (in source)
Delivery TBD

EXCITED to say the least!!

Anyone who has gotten their vin in source how does the process work now? Obviously as soon as I saw the vin I called the Scottsdale Tesla store but the SA I got directed to said he can’t do anything until he can see it on my page too.

I got a VIN in source last night and then received a text this morning to schedule my delivery. After making an appointment for this Friday my VIN and appointment then populated in my Tesla account page.
