Performance wheel/tire package in the winter?

I confirmed with my delivery specialist that the current 19" winter package will NOT fit on the 20" performance rotors.

He suggested a link to Tire Rack with staggered wheel sizes but I don't think that's correct. Waiting for clarification.

They are hoping to have a 20" winter package by the end of September. I would rather have 18-19 for winter.

I am confused by aftermarket options and not sure which ones will actually fit.

I hope this isn’t the case. I purchased some 19” OEMs for my winter setup to use on my P3D+ and they appear to have a cutout for the 3mm lip. Once I take delivery of my car I’ll give it a try. Not being handy, I assume it’ll be pretty obvious if they don’t fit as the wheel won’t seat cleanly against the rotor, correct?

I’d also advise against taking anything a delivery specialist says as gospel. Tesla hasn’t done a great job in regards to external communication with the performance version and I am highly skeptical their internal communication to those answering calls is any better.

No clue why your delivery specialist claims this. The inner diameter of the 19" wheel is sufficient to clear the rotors/calipers. Now, if it's the mounting hub that poses a problem, then that's another story.
