Performance Wheels and Tires w/ TPMS

It’s the complete set of 4 wheels with 2 of them having some rashes. Comes with the PS4 tires and TPMS. Tires have about 7k miles on them so they have plenty of life left. There is no cracks or bends. 2 wheels are perfect and 2 have rashes but are easily fixable. Asking for $1,400 and am pretty firm.
