I think it needs to be aimed at automation in general not just Tesla as the haters will just see Tesla and poo poo but I agree them fat cats in EU can suck my electrons

I could change the title in, Stop crippling self driving technology in Europe, but not sure if everyone would get what this is actually about.

Signed as well. I'd change the title and add Autopilot as an example in the description. What'd you say?

I don't think a petition can be changed after it's already been signed 2000 times (in a day). And as the regulation is created by a former Daimler engineer and Audi has already asked for an exception, I think it's safe to assume this is a deliberate attempt to block the rise of Tesla in Europe by the German car industry until it is prove otherwise. These companies have no ethics when it comes to business, the Dieselgate made that very clear.

I absolutely agree, the worst thing about it is that EU allows lobbying like this...
