PG&E NBCs and Minimum Billable Charges

Are NBCs stacked on MBCs?

For example, if I'm a net energy producer but incur NBCs of say $5 for the month, is my monthly bill $10 or $15?

If it's $10, and the MBC masks the NBCs, then I would essentially have about 500 kWh of NBCs I can incur before it exceeds the $10 MBC.

My question is do NBCs count towards the MBC? i.e. if you have total NBC charges of $10 and no other billable charges, is your bill $10 or $20?

Minimum Charges are paid on the Blue bill every month regardless. Any positive energy charges in a particular month, up to the Minimum, will be deducted from the True-Up total just before it is billed and payable on the Blue bill.

I am still on NEM 1.0 so I don't pay NBCs, so I can't speak to how they are billed.

Here's the data from my true-up:

It appears the MDCs (paid monthly) are subtracted from the NBCs.

ok, just looked at one my monthly bills. The NBCs are part of the NEM true-up charges. The MDCs are billed monthly.
So the NBCs are still added separate from MDCs, but not paid monthly.

So for OP, you would get $10/month bill, but 12x$10 = $120 would be on your NEM as a positive amount

It appears that the California Climate Credit (~$70/year in my case) partially offsets the MDCs. So, in theory, it appears I could have an annual cost of ~$50 for electricity. This assumes that my NBCs = my MDCs and no surplus generation thus making my true-up bill $0.
