There is a link in the initial email you get after you apply which allows you to check your status. Mine says, you guessed it, "in progress"...

Received confirmation email for my X today (which says the check is in the mail). Applied 1/11/17.

I received a rebate confirmation email this morning for our second vehicle (a Leaf) which we applied for on 1/11/17. This is a clear indication of availability for more than one vehicle per household from PG&E.

The checks arrived in the mail today, one for our X and one for our Leaf! Thanks to the OP, PG&E for quick work, and the California public utilities commission which mandated the program.

Check might be in the mail.......
