Phone call connection

Has anyone had any issues with the phone calls on their MY?

When people call and I press the answer button it take around .5 to 1 second for the call to connect. During this time there is loud crackling and noise for the person making the call. It’s as if the microphone in the car is switched on and picks up the radio in the car before the music is shut off and the call audio is connected?

I’ve had people complain to me about it so I got someone else to drive the car and called in to hear it for myself and there is definitely loud noise before the call is connected?

Is this worth reporting via a service ticket or is it a feature of the car like the wipers or the AHB taking 4-5 seconds to turn back on? Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.

When I'm driving along, music pumping out, and the phone rings, I press the green button, and it seems to connect. However it takes *WAY* too long to mute the audio, so my missus gets an earful of my best tunes...

In my case it takes way too long to mute the missus when I get an earful for driving. No phone call necessary.
