Phone calls not coming through speakers

In the past few days, phone calls have stopped working correctly. I believe the microphone is still working, but the phone call audio is not coming over the sound system and it sounds like the line is dead. Tried power cycling twice and the issue is happening with two different phones, also tried forgetting/re-pairing my phone all with no success.

I have a mobile service appointment scheduled so hoping that will do the trick. When scheduling though, I did not see an option that related to Bluetooth; the closest I could find were driver assistance features and/or infotainment features so I scheduled as "other."

Has anyone else encountered this issue recently and successfully fixed it on your own? I'll post an update after the service appointment on Wednesday.

Unsure what I would check since there have been no setting adjustments on either phone. Phone calls also work OK on other Bluetooth devices.

Update: volume was all the way down. Issue resolved and I now feel sufficiently stupid.

Dude, thank you for this final update. Exact same problem. Was very close to losing my *sugar* on this car. Read your comment. Same thing. Feeling equally stupid, but eternally grateful for your comment.
