Tesla Motors Club

I’ve searched on here but can’t see any reference to this issue. It’s happened a few times but not every time there’s an update. The car even asks for the key card randomly but a foot on the brake gets it going again. It’s my wife’s IPhone affected too. I’ve booked the car in (2019 PM3) but don’t want to waste my time or Tesla’s.
Any ideas please apart from delete and rescan?

thanks
