Phone on Bluetooth and navigation muffled

I just picked up my new 2021 S yesterday. On the way home, I noticed the phone through Bluetooth was very muffled. Sounded like it was coming from a small speaker to the left of the driver in the dash. Also I cannot understand the navigation at all. Sounds like Charlie browns teacher. Otherwise Bluetooth does fine with music, podcasts, etc.

I have unpaired and paired again
I have paired another phone - same result
I have done the reset

Any ideas?

I think I seen this raised before that, that mono speaker used for Nav, phone etc. is defective or not mounted correctly. Just make an appt.
