Woah. I've ordered the M3P White/White and I didn't realize just how little side-wall there was to the tires until seeing your photos... This really sends the message home of how careful I'm going to have to be driving mine around here with the crappy roads! Looking good though!

Did some light detailing this past weekend

It is cloudy and very windy at 35 mph so I stayed in the garage and worked on my wife's new one week old blue 2021 Model3 LR AWD. I washed, decontaminated the paint, clayed, and then applied ceramic coat number 1. After it cures, I'll apply coat number two tomorrow. The flying bugs aren't out yet but will be soon so it needs protection.

The car is blue as the one rear metal flake pic shows but notice in the front view how accurately the coated blue mirror finish reflects the colors of the gray ceiling and colors of the objects on it and the wall. Sort of mesmerizing. The ceiling light is a 5,000K daylight white LED.
