Picked up my MS from Service today after FSD upgrade and few other issues. It drove back fine while the cameras calibrated. I went into the car this evening and was looking at the web browser and the MCU froze and reboot. When it came back the entire car was in Service Mode Speed Limited. I have no idea what happened or how to get it out. Also not sure if the service centers actually answer the phone so I scheduled an appointment for mobile in 2 weeks, but I am no out of warranty. I'm at 50k miles

Service mode sucks. The car must top out at 15mph or something and acceleration is super slow.
I would try calling Tesla and asking them to disable it.

Tried calling roadside but its an hour wait lol. Maybe ill try tomorrow or hope they see my appointment and fix it remotely. More concerned that it put itself in that mode randomly
What if u dont have AAA ?
And i never heard roadside wait is more than 10-20 min. Is it normal for Tesla to wait 1 hour?
