I did want to comment on the flooring and that link. I have an epoxy floor in my garage. I'm not going to go into which is better, but there is one advantage I noticed that I haven't really seen discussed much anywhere. Concrete is porous. As such, moisture got in to my garage and it always felt a little humid in there. My garage is well-sealed, so that may explain why the humidity lingers. Anyway, once I had my floors epoxy-sealed, I noticed that it feels like an extension of my living space. It's not temperature-controlled, but the humidity is on par with the rest of the house and it always feels nice in there. I do spend time in my garage working-out and on home projects, so that's one advantage I do appreciate.

If you want durability and longevity go polyurea, not epoxy for your garage floor. Garage tiles look nice, but are more work to keep clean with all those crevices for liquids and debris to collect.

Swisstrax flooring. Love it. Almost not cleaning required. Dirts falls through once with air or water if/when needed. It’s not cheap but worth it imo. Swisstrax | Premium Interlocking Garage Floor Tiles
got the same car in silver freaking love it - install some cool apps like teslaspy and teslafy really neat way to nerd with your car (if you are in to that kind of stuff )
