I haven't seen one yet, but it should look pretty good. Here's a picture of the black with dark wheels. Just imagine it with green highlights in the corners.
A brown car with grey wheels is a horrible combination...Even given how cool this particular tone of brown is, the combination still looks awful.
I don't think I would mind it as much if it had a dark interior. The exterior itself I do not find particularly offensive. It is not my favorite but not awful.
FWIW, I think the picture of the brown with the gray wheels is a better representation of the actual color than the more washed-out color in the picture with the silver wheels (based on my seeing a brown Model S on Friday in DC).
Would definitely like to see more brown cars with grey / gunmetal wheels. The only picture that's here as of now does not look good, but I think totally black wheels still could be an option (se examples below, the only combination I could find with a quick google). Maybe the original Silver 21's for summer, and a set of aftermarket 19" wheels in all black for winter?? We'll see. I'm thinking of black interior trim for a brown Model S, but the red stitching does not match well with the brown exterior I think.
We just picked up our Tesla from Fremont last week. 14051212-24mm F4.5-5.6ILCE-7R-24 by spoonser, on Flickr 140512FE 35mm F2.8 ZAILCE-7R-18 by spoonser, on Flickr 140512FE 35mm F2.8 ZAILCE-7R-36 by spoonser, on Flickr 140513FE 35mm F2.8 ZAILCE-7R-12 by spoonser, on Flickr 140513FE 35mm F2.8 ZAILCE-7R-39 by spoonser, on Flickr 140513FE 35mm F2.8 ZAILCE-7R-31 by spoonser, on Flickr
