What? If that's a joke........it went over my head.I knew it! Hover conversion! YEEEEEEESSSS!!!
We are talking about interior colors.Haven't we already seen grey and dark blue M3s that were supposed production vehicles? Maybe they only made a few different colors for the reveal and then will scale it back to just black to speed things up for a little while.
Don't like how they press the handles. Stop you touching someone else's car! Not cool.Model 3 SN: 003 close up
I don't like the handles period. I hope there will be an option to have automatic door handles like the S.Don't like how they press the handles. Stop you touching someone else's car! Not cool.
Ok, I understand that the sensors on the 4 wheels are either watching rotation (at the hub) or vertical movement (at the mount at the top of the fender), or both. But, what is the flat patch thing taped to the roof? How about this one.
It comes with free Duct Tape: on the quarter panels and roof.
Since when have you ever seen a manufacturer offer different handle options? What you see is what you get.I don't like the handles period. I hope there will be an option to have automatic door handles like the S.

Well it could be part of a "Tech Package" of some kind.
Back to the future referenceWhat? If that's a joke........it went over my head.

The car is parked with the side mirrors extended. It means the mirrors are manually folded I assume?Model 3 SN: 003 close up
I think they automatically fold during an accident though. The car is parked with the side mirrors extended. It means the mirrors are manually folded I assume?
You can assume, but doesn't make it right. Pretty sure that is a feature that can be turned on and off with the S and X, so could very well be the case here. Although they could be manual as you assume to save cost and complexity. The car is parked with the side mirrors extended. It means the mirrors are manually folded I assume?

It absolutely could...later on that is, not right now. if it was about being less complex than options such as AWD and Performance models would not come to fruition (later on). We would keep it RWD, as is, no options at all for as long as the Model 3 exists.Model 3 is all about less complexity and ease of manufacturing. No way it happens. It's one of the ways the Model 3 is differentiated from the S and X.
For six or seven hundred dollars per door handle? No thanks. It absolutely could...later on that is, not right now. if it was about being less complex than options such as AWD and Performance models would not come to fruition (later on). I see what you are saying but doesn't make sense to me. Desirable features that can increase sales and profits such as the dual motors and performance model add complexity somewhat but far outweigh not doing at all. However with different door handles that most likely will have no bearing on adding more sales or increasing profit is just wasting time and money for no benefit. Door structure and parts would have to change and that all cost time and money. That change may even require redoing the crash testing. It absolutely could...later on that is, not right now. if it was about being less complex than options such as AWD and Performance models would not come to fruition (later on).
