Getting in and out of the back is awkward for some reason - I think it has something to do with getting your legs in and out and the angle with which you have to do it.
You're just used to the Roadster which is so easy to get in and out of:wink:

In my video (part 1, 5 minutes in) of the speech event, you can see Christy (the first person to exit the left rear) have mild trouble with her right leg getting out. The space for your feet getting in and out's not big enough or something ...

I didn't see any pictures of the jump seats (sorry if I missed it!) but it seems Jalopnik (article here) got a picture of them (I didn't see an image credit on the article):
