Noticed today a piece of the tread was lifted and underneath a small piece of glass was embedded into the tire. I’d say about the size of half my pinky finger nail. I have no idea how deep. I did drive about 200 miles on it after noticing because I was out of town. No issue with tire pressure. Is this dangerous? The glass is in the last bit of tread near the sidewall. I don’t imagine it can be removed and plugged given the location.
